• Weekly Charges for a one bedroom apartment comprise of: Rental, a Service Charges and an Amenity charge
• Care Package Charges (weekly) – Following each individual assessment using an “Ability Profile” a Care Package will be drawn up. These are categorised into 4 levels and assist residents with e.g. bathing, shopping, cooking, cleaning
